• Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.

• Delivery Areas: We proudly ship to all 50 states in the U.S.

• Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that the shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for loss or delayed packages due to incorrect information.
   

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order for a potential refund of the order amount (not shipping). Damaged items will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact me at pewterpotchoco@gmail.com or phone: 860-405-7142. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to processing.
